Shotzi & William

William is a U.S. Navy Veteran on limited duty due to PTSD. We thought he and Shotzi would make a great pair since William is single with no children and no other dogs, giving them plenty of opportunity to bond and become best friends.

Shotzi came to us from a family who could no longer keep her. We worked with Shotzi individually to gain her trust and to build her skills before introducing her to William with regularly scheduled play dates so they could get to know one another.  Our successful pairing of Shotzi & William inspired us to become a non-profit to rescue more Belgian Malinois dogs and to help more veterans like William.
